If you believe your product has a defect covered by Bunn warranty, please call a Bunn technical service representative at 1-800-286-6070 who will resolve any issues by either repairing the unit on location or by issuing a Return Authorization. Any item being returned as defective must be authorized in advance by the technical service representative. To insure proper handling in the event of shipping damage, we recommend following these precautions before signing for your order.
- Always inspect each package thoroughly before signing for your shipment.
- Refuse packages that have visible damage.
- By signing your name, you are indicating that YOU ARE RECEIVING YOUR ORDER IN GOOD CONDITION FREE & CLEAR; therefore, it is critical that you inspect your shipment for any damages before signing for your delivery. Bunn will not be responsible for any items signed for free & clear. If any shipping damage is discovered after signing for a shipment, you will need to contact the carrier directly for resolution and Bunn cannot then accept any responsibility.
If you follow the above steps and "REFUSE" the damaged item Bunn will replace the item at no cost to you once we confirm with the carrier that the item is coming back. Any concealed damage claim should be reported to Bunn within 5 business days of receipt of product in accordance with Supplement 1 to NMF 100-AO. All other returns:
Bunn may authorize returns for items only within the first six months from date of invoice. You may return merchandise for an exchange, credit, or refund as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. Private label or custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Bunn and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless attributable to a Bunn shipping error.
If you purchased an item through a Bunn distributor or roaster, you must contact them directly regarding their return policy/procedure. Bunn will only accept returns from the company who originally purchased directly from Bunn.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-844-346-5950. Please have the original order number, invoice number and/or serial numbers available before contacting us. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, you have 60 days in which to get the product back to us. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of each box being returned. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product. The product should be returned using the same freight method by which it was delivered to you (parcel or truck freight). Overweight items returned by parcel shipping may be denied credit if received with concealed damages. Bunn recommends that any item weighing more than 65 lbs be returned via truck freight. Bunn reserves the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned with shipping damage or without proper packaging materials may be denied full refund and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us if you require a new shipping carton, as most packaging material can be ordered from Bunn.
